Good little shop out in Kelmscott. The sales guy is a little abrubt, but you wont get any lies or BS. Straight up, no nonsense. Their chandlery stuff is really well priced compared to BCF too. Happy with my outboard service, will use them again.

It's hard to find people like these guys these days very good service they really care about there customers.If I could I would seriously rate them even higher!!

Called about a fuel problem. Advised to get tank cleaned before I brought boat in. Did all that and then called to let them know the tank was reinstalled and ready for carby clean and other minor works we had discussed. Told to bring it in Monday. Couldn't fit time for Monday PM drop so took it Tuesday. Told by a very disinterest staff member that they could not do anything for two weeks and to take the boat home! I was surprised that after arranging to be there and driving a 2 hour return trip the business could not care lessThen told it wasn't his fault. Well it is.Don't go here.

Came to the Shop at 4:41pm on a Tuesday afternoon as Internet says they close at 5pm.Go out of my way to get there on time to get there and they are not even open.If going to close early, you would think that they would have a note on there gate or even there new opening and closing hours for people to know and not waste time.

Did a great job on my trailer. Got them to re-align all the rollers as it always took 5-8 attempts to get the boat back on the trailer. Now after the alignment it rolls on perfectly first time.Will definitely be taking my boat back

Purchased Formosa 5.2 half cab offshore boat in this dealership last year. Very happy with service, price, and attitude. Mike is a fantastic person to deal with, open and honest, which is super rare quality of a sales man these days. Totally recommend this dealership for best aluminium boats and service.

Not helpful at all great at turning business away. Agree to carry out work state they have all parts in stock upon arrival get told by the parts sales representative we will not work on your vessel and will not stock or be able to stock any parts including a propeller. Wouldn't use this service even if I was paid to go there. In response to the owners comment I had even asked to order a brand new mercury outboard motor from the this business and was even advised I wasn't able to order a new outboard motor from the business. So the age of the outboard motor wouldn't have been an issue if I was able to purchase a new outboard motor from the business however to be advised that I couldn't even order a new outboard through the business doesn't make sense.
