The guys stripped down my VFR1200F after consistent cold start PGM-EFI errors with rough starting and stalling.Next morning - Same fault!But since then ... all is OK.So they have fixed it!Thanks go to Joe and Nathan for expert diagnosis and surgery.

Just bought a new bike from Andy really surprised me that he didn't have a customer is always WRONG attitude, also he didn't wonder why I didn't know the intricacy of lease agreements of retail bike shops and demo bikes (just a joke from previous experiences at bike shops). I wouldn't write up a review normally unless I highly recommend this retailer for service and attitude.

Have bought 2 bikes from Norm now, great service every-time, also taken CB500X in for its 1st service, Mark gave really good advice and his mechanics made some adjustments on suspension for an even better ride! Quality, prompt, great service. Thanks Planet Honda.

very friendly guy chatted with us even though we mentioned we were window shopping. good customer service, they really like bikes. they also sell helmets from KYT and HJC. cute little honda bikes that look like it's for kids
